A three-year Agreement providing the opportunity to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud licences for use by staff and students, with options to cover student use off campus, Adobe Sign and Adobe Express.

Adobe Agreement Details

This agreement is now closed to new entrants until the summer of 2024.

The Chest Adobe ETLA 2023 Agreement is a three year contract, with annual payments. If you choose to join, then your licence start date will be August 14th, 2023 and your licence will end on August 13th, 2026.

You must purchase either:

Option 1: Institutional Site licence

or

Option 2: HED Student Named User licence

You may purchase both options, should you wish to.

The Adobe Sign option is only available for those who take the Institutional Licence, as are the Adobe Express HED licences and K12 500 packs for FE.

Terms and Conditions

I confirm that:

  1. I have read the terms and conditions of the Adobe ETLA 2023 Master Agreement and understand that my Institution will be bound as a Consortium Member to it until August 13th, 2026.
  2. I am authorised to commit the above-named institution to participation in this Agreement between Jisc Services Limited and Adobe at the pricing indicated above until August 2026.
  3. I confirm that I have read the Adobe ETLA 2023 Agreement Overview and agree to be bound by the terms, including the True Up reporting requirements.
  4. I confirm that my Institution will meet the payment requirements stated in the Adobe ETLA 2023 Agreement Overview.
  5. I have completed and signed the Adobe ETLA 2023 Participation letter too and sent it to help@chest.ac.uk
