A UK government report into digital skills in further education recently noted that, “skill shortages threaten to hinder productivity gains that would be possible by using digital technologies.” This sentiment has been reiterated in numerous government reports across the European continent.
Increasingly, employers are looking for graduates who are digitally literate and able to communicate with impact. So how can you help your students keep up with employers’ demands for digital skills? And how can you use digital literacy initiatives to drive student engagement on campus?
On the 16 May, Adobe are bringing together like-minded leaders from the Europe’s foremost universities with senior leaders from US institutions to the Adobe Office in London to share best practices on bringing digital literacy to the forefront of higher education and to have a peer-led roundtable discussion on digital literacy initiatives across Europe.
