Licence dates: Subscriptions are co-terminus with the agreement, and subsequent invoices are sent on or after 1 October.
One time licences are in perpetuity.
This Agreement is of 3 years duration. Institutions may join the agreement at any time during the agreement period. If a subscription is taken they will then be committed to the end of the Agreement Period unless they have exercised the opt out clause by giving appropriate notice to Eduserv.

Universities, colleges and other learning, educational and research bodies in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Other organisations aligned with Eduserv’s charitable objectives of supporting education, research bodies and the public sector may ask to participate in the Agreement. Eduserv will liaise with the Supplier about any such requests.
This agreement was negotiated following positive feedback from UK institutions trialling the content.

With the 2016 copyright, there are over 100 scholarly videos covering information science and technology included in the database. This comprehensive collection offers unlimited access and no DRM to ground-breaking research through streaming videos provided internationally recognized scholars and industry leaders from around the world covering the core subject areas of Business and Management Information Science and Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology, Educational Science and Technology, Engineering Science and Technology, Environmental Science and Technology, Library Information Science and Technology, Media and Communication Science and Technology, Medical, Healthcare, and Life Science and Technology, Government Science and Technology, Security and Forensic Science and Technology, and Social Sciences and Online Behavior.

The supplier confirms that throughout the term of the agreement the products will comply with the standards indicated.
The content is fixed for 2016. 2017 & 2018 titles will be added when known.
All additions and new functionality will be incorporated at no additional charge or subscriptions.
Perpetual purchases are fixed for the year of purchase.

Opt out rights and notice period
Sites may opt out by giving Eduserv 90 days notice (i.e. on or before the 1st October preceding the subscription year)
Post Cancellation Access Rights
For subscriptions the licensee retains the right to the subscribed content produced during their subscription period.
For perpetual purchase the licensee retains the right to the content purchased without further update.
The Fee for early termination in accordance with clause 10.4 of the Terms and Conditions for the Standard Chest Licence for Online Resources is nil.
The Fee for retention rights upon termination in accordance with clause 10.5 of the Terms and Conditions for the Standard Chest Licence for Online Resources is nil.
Personal licences are not available.
Currency: All prices are in US $ and exclude VAT.
Prorating: there is no prorating of any Fee as the Licensee retains perpetual access rights to all titles published during the Licence Years subscribed to.
Note: where a purchase is made in 2016, the Fee includes access to all titles including those published in 2016, but not 2017 and 2018. Where a purchase is made in 2017, the Fee includes access to all titles including those published in 2016 and 2017, but not 2018.
