  • Hospitals.
  • Other organisations aligned with Eduserv’s charitable objectives of supporting education, research bodies and the public sector may ask to participate in the Agreement. Eduserv will liaise with the Supplier about any such requests.

Payment Terms

On receipt of a completed Order Form Institutions will be invoiced for the collections chosen.

There is no pro-rata charging for Institutions which become licensed partway through a licence year.

All Purchase Orders must be made out to Eduserv and Eduserv's invoices must be paid within 30 calendar days of the date of the invoice.

Please also note that before completing this Order you should carefully read the Products Specification and Schedule of Fees relating to this Licence Agreement, published on the Eduserv Chest website.

Agreement Period

Start date: 1 October 2017 End date: 31 July 2018

Institution Commitment Period

This Agreement is of 10 months duration. Institutions may join the agreement at any time during the agreement period.

  • Downloading of large amounts of material by authorised users that might be considered ‘systematic’.

Termination Clauses

Unless the subscription is renewed the licence will lapse and no further access will be granted.
