  • Max Elliott-Massouras

    Max is a Technical Consultant who specialises in public sector hosting solutions, solution design and IL3 cloud solutions. Before joining Eduserv, Max worked on the Police National Network and associated platforms commissioned by the Home Office, Cabinet Office, PSN, and National Police Improvement Agency. Max has held senior design and engineering roles at Cable and Wireless, Capita, Steria and SunGard PS. He has especially enjoyed working across the government’s London BSF programme (Building Schools for the Future) and local government consolidation projects.

  • James Mulhern

    James Mulhern is Chief Information Security Officer for Eduserv, responsible for networks, security and information assurance across the whole company. James graduated from University of Wales Aberystwyth with a BSc (Hons) in 1992 and went on to gain an MSc in Computer Science. As Chief Information Security Officer James has led the implementation of our Information Security Management and RMADS accreditation of systems for central government departments.

  • Andy Powell

    Andy is Head of Product Marketing for our Cloud Services business unit, responsible for the positioning of our cloud products and for communicating how they help customers solve their business problems.

  • John Simcock

    John joined Eduserv in early 2010 and manages our major charity accounts. Before joining us, John worked for Computacenter as the Client Manager for a large government client and for Fujitsu/ICL managing key Partners and System Integrators. John has over 30 years' experience in the IT industry and has a broad range of skills and experience in relationship management, partnering, business solutions and service delivery.

  • Tim Cockle

    Tim is an experienced technologist with a formal research background, combined with practical hands-on experience and commercial awareness. He has worked as a Solutions Architect across several sectors and a diverse mix of technologies, including service oriented architecture, mobile computing, clustered and distributed systems, visualisation, cloud and artificial intelligence.


  • Jenny Carroll

    Jenny provides marketing and communications support for our Chest Agreement service, which counts every higher education institution in the UK amongst its customers, as well as 75% of further education colleges. Jenny joined Eduserv in 2002, prior to which she worked in IT roles in schools, which once involved helping terrified teachers to use the first BBC Micros in the classroom.

  • David Orrell

    David is a technical architect for OpenAthens, and is responsible for the technical direction and evolution of the OpenAthens system. He regularly speaks on topics related to his work both nationally and internationally.

  • Martyn Jansen

    Martyn is Eduserv's contracts & legal manager. He is an experienced commercial and legal consultant with a wealth of international experience in several sectors.
