Eduserv is looking for a Head of Partnerships to be responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining good relationships within Eduserv and with third party delivery partners. The role will also be responsible for contributing to the technology roadmap created and monitored by the strategic management team at Eduserv.
Core responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
Deepening and broadening existing third party relationships
Ensure products or services provided directly by partners adhere to relevant legislation, best practice guidelines and compliance.
Become an active member of the team responsible for designing, implementing and updating the technology roadmap for Eduserv.
Understand the technology roadmap of key partner organisations and feedback intelligence into Eduserv’s Service Development function.
Maintain excellent working relationships internally at Eduserv with Sales & Marketing, Advisory, and Service Development.
Be highly informed about the current market and market trends, reacting to these changes in an agile and confident manner and communicating changes regularly to the wider Eduserv team.
Use strong analytical skills to set and follow through on KPIs and regular targets set by your line manager.
Contribute to and advise on the development of Eduserv’s overall business development plan to facilitate achievement of the agreed team objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and influencing techniques, with strong interpersonal skills including a personable and empathetic style. You will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and team orientated with the flexibility to travel when needed to maintain robust business relationships. You will have demonstrable experience of working with partner organisations to build mutually beneficial business opportunities and to form, develop and manage third party relationships. You will also have technical and commercial knowledge of main partner products.
