Executive Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Eduserv, a leading not for profit IT services provider, are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and potentially to provide support to the Executive team and Board of Trustees.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with experience working with senior executives, and confident communicating effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels, maintaining tact and discretion as appropriate. Timely preparation and issuing of agendas, minutes and executive reports, and the ability to prioritise and have attention to detail is critical for this role. It’s also important to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction from Execs and those contacting the Exec. You will have a positive attitude and work in line with Eduserv’s values of being committed, collaborative and professional at all times.

Other core responsibilities include travel arrangements, co-ordinating diaries and making appointments as agreed, minute taking, and managing a task tracker for the CEO monitoring what’s been done and chasing outstanding work.
