Increased impact for IGI Global journals

13 July 2017

Six IGI Global journals received increased impact factors from Clarivate Analytics' Journal Citation Reports

IGI Global is pleased to announce the increased impact factors of six journals in Clarivate Analytics' Journal Citation Reports earlier this month. These journals are included in either Clarivate Analytics’ Web of Science, Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) or Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI).

Several factors are evaluated by Clarivate Analytics in determining the Journal Impact Factor, including quality of peer review, timeliness, availability to researchers, use of the content (citations) and review board and authorship diversity. Please see the six titles below:

Clarivate Analytics’ Journal Citation Reports is the recognized authority for evaluating journals. Using a combination of impact and influence metrics, the Journal Citation Reports provides the framework to understand a journal’s true place in the realm of scholarly literature.

All journals are available through the Chest Agreement for InfoSci-Journals (169+ e-journals).

IGI Global also offers Chest Agreements for: InfoSci-Books (3,900+ e-journals), and InfoSci-Videos (100+ streaming videos). All IGI Global E-Resources are available with no DRM to unlimited users in full-text PDF and XML.
